Proposed Class E Airspace Modification; Newark, OH

This action withdraws the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) which proposed to modify Class E airspace near Newark, Ohio to accommodate a new Simplified Directional Facility (SDF) Runway 9 Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) to Newark-Heath Airport. The NPRM is being withdrawn because the modification is not required. The existing controlled airspace is adequate to accommodate the new SDF SIAP.
